The perpetrator (E271) is a named male in his 60s in 2006. The perpetrator interrogated and physically assaulted and tortured E434. The perpetrator was in the Preliminary Examination Section and is now a Secretary/preliminary examiner at the Hyesan City MPS detention centre. His rank is now Major. The perpetrator attempted to force E434 to place their inked fingerprint on a statement admitting that the victim had attended church in China. Certain information is withheld for the victim’s safety.
