The victim (E438) is a named female. The victim was arrested and refouled through Tumen border detention centre to Onsong County MPS detention centre. The victim was tortured at Onsong County MPS pdetention centre. The victim was then beaten with fists. The victim was transferred to Pukchong County MSS detention centre. The victim was interrogated for a known period at Pukchong County MSS detention centre. The victim was transferred to solitary confinement and was caught praying by an MSS officer. The officer said: ‘Hey, you. Christian bitch. Have you still lost your mind to pray here?’. The MSS officer entered the cell and physically assaulted the victim. The victim was left with two broken ribs, a broken clavicle, and a swollen and bruised face. The victim was deprived of food, water, and sleep. MSS correctional officers kept watch over the victim so she could not sleep. During this time the victim fainted repeatedly. The victim was later moved to a communal cell and her clothes were taken, cut up, and thrown over her body. When the victim fainted, her body was dragged from the cell and cold water was thrown over her body. On a known date the victim was released for a known reason.
