The victim (E275) was a female. The victim was arrested in a known location in China in 2016 for attending a Christian group led by E436. A state-run organisation called North Korean residents of a known township to an office in order to register them in the Hukou household registration system. Once the victim arrived and joined 9 other North Koreans, the victim was checked against a list of North Koreans who attended a local church. Those North Koreans who attended the church were arrested. The victim was handcuffed and a bag was placed over their head. Following interrogation, the victim was immediately refouled from China to North Korea. Certain information is withheld for the victim’s safety.
